- Successfully selected candidates will get pay scale of Rs. 31,000/- (Post 2), Rs. 28000/31,000/37,000/- (Post 3,8), Rs. 25,000/- (Post 4), 50% of last salary drawn (Post 5), Rs. 50,000/65000/- (Post 6), Rs. 36,000/42000/- (Post 7), Rs. 28000/25000/31,000/ (Post 9) per month from National Productivity Council
- To Select desired candidates company will conduct Interview/ Personal Discussion. On the basis of performance in Interview/ Personal Discussion National Productivity Council will issue list of selected candidates.
